True. Everything in the supermarket is an abomination. While shopping a few weeks ago, I was overwhelmed with sadness that this is not how humans were ever meant to procure food! Nor even eat such odd things as yellow wax calling itself cheese product. How far we have strayed! Poor seedless watermelon. Yet another victim . Thank you RC for this article. 😁

In my righteous indignation I have forgotten the plight of cheese, and the frauds masquerading as the pinnacle of dairy processing. Yellow wax indeed!
